New Delhi, Dec 8 :Comptroller & Auditor General of India (CAG) Vinod Rai has been elected as the Chairman of the Panel of External Auditors of the United Nations (UN), the Specialised Agencies and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). He succeeds Mr Norbert Hauser, Vice-President, Federal Court of Auditors, Germany.
