UTICA, N.Y. - The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) has recognized 10 outstanding contractors across the state whose efforts have helped low-income households reduce their use of electricity, improve the efficiency of their heating systems and increase the comfort of their homes, including one in Utica.
