Texas refinery evacuated after fire, no injuries

A San Antonio refinery has been evacuated after the facility caught fire for the second time in two years. NuStar Energy spokeswoman Mary Rose Brown tells The Associated Press the fire has been put out early Wednesday afternoon. She says no injuries have been reported.
