The company, Tata Cleantech Capital Ltd (TCCL), would provide funding and advisory services to small and mid-sized enterprises developing renewable energy projects in India. |
Power line arcing appears to be Caughlin Fire cause; people can return at noon

10:15 a.m. update: It appears the Caughlin Fire was caused by electrical lines arcing, Reno Fire Chief Michael Hernandez said. Hernandez said no official determination has been made. He said investigators are working with NV Energy to positively determine the cause. |
