Several members of the Bing Energy facility in Rugao, China, will visit Tallahassee Friday to meet with Governor Rick Scott and seek a Sister City relationship with Tallahassee. The group will also tour the Bing Energy facility in Tallahassee. Bing Energy is a company working to advance fuel cell technology.
