Duke Energy is pushing ahead with plans to build a 19.5-mile natural-gas pipeline beneath the Ohio River into Harrison County and to its Gallagher Station power plant near New Albany. The most visible signs of the proposed project should emerge Tuesday when contractor crews are scheduled to begin digging for possible artifacts along the planned route between the river and Ind. 111.
