Here are the lowest 12-month fixed rates and 12-month renewable energy fixed rates as of Friday. Prices are in cents per kilowatt-hour for a customer using 1,000 kwh of electricity per month and include any monthly service charge by the retailer. "Lowest" is the best ranking for complaints, which are as of Sept. 30.
