Fort Chicago buys B.C. Hydro power assets from Enmax

CALGARY - Fort Chicago Energy Partners L.P. (TSX:FCE.UN) says it has struck deals with Enmax Corp. of Calgary, Alberta, to acquire interests in the company's portfolio of hydroelectric stations and development projects in B.C. The assets being acquired include 33 megawatts of power and have a pricetag of $114.9 million, including working capital at closing and project debt of $12 million.
