Bill and Dorothy Hoskins spend most of their summer days at their quiet boathouse on the Mississippi River south of Brownsville, which they’ve had since 1982. But their energy and heart of volunteerism remains in Houston, and because of their efforts, the couple has been named the 2010 Houston Hoedown parade marshals. |
