WASHINGTON, Feb 7 (Reuters) A gas line exploded today at a power plant in Middletown, Connecticut and local media reported dozens of casualties. The Middletown Press said the explosion was at the Kleen Energy plant. Middletown is 23 miles (37 km) south of the city of Hartford.
