WORCESTER - Mass Megawatts Wind Power Inc. announced that one of its licensees, Electric City Wind Power Corp., has signed a $10.8 million agreement with Penobscot Mountain Wind LLC, a wind power energy development group involved in distributed energy projects in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
