Hansen Natural Corp. continues to prove that sales of energy drinks and other specialty beverages can survive the effects of a severe recession. The Corona-based company Thursday reported earnings of $53.4 million in the fourth quarter of 2009, which equates to 57 cents per share. It meant the company made a profit of just shy of $209 million, or $2.21 per share, for all of 2009.
