Volunteer program aims to help homeowners lower energy costs

BENNINGTON -- The Bennington County Regional Commission is working with Efficiency Vermont to bring a volunteer program to the area to help homeowners lower energy costs. Known as the Vermont Community Energy Mobilization Project, the program is volunteer-based and designed to help interested residents teach their neighbors how to save money and energy.
