NAIROBI, Sept 18 (Reuters) - Rwanda's annual inflation fell to 4.86 percent in August from 5.81 percent previously, the government said on Friday. Rwanda's inflation rate rose to 22.3 percent from 6.5 percent during 2008 but it has been dropping this year on the back of lower costs of energy.
