Pair of wind turbines in Willmar near completion

WILLMAR, Minn. (AP) - Two wind turbines are expected to be up and running in Willmar by the end of July. The city is finishing up construction of the turbines, which will each generate two megawatts of power. That's enough to cover about 3 percent of the city's annual energy needs.
